Thanks! Went for a post-ride walk, looking for coyotes and rattlers and such. Woulda been better in another hour but this was a beautiful afternoon.

Very enjoyable new crop of photos

Copied some old files recently and came across this one of my son's cat at the time, Otto, from about 12 years ago.

I used to fly over to Midway Island fairly often. I took this pic sometime in the late 80's.

I took this pic on short final at Cape McMurdo, Antarctica in October 1990. Landing on ice keeps things interesting...

Our USAF Wing was responsible for supplying the scientists and support crew stationed there.

It was just short of an 8hr flight from Christchurch, NZ to Cape McMurdo in my USAF Lockheed C-141B Starlifter .

Love those vintage shots! I went out and flew my new (to me) drone. This one has a better camera and being a bigger drone it doesn’t get knocked around by wind as much. Then I went and shot some risky motorcycle riding.

@KenL nice! Reminds me of this. Millberry Creek, Markleeville, CA. Aspen leaves, pretty sure.

My wife’s 50th birthday celebration was this past Friday and the party couldn’t have been more epic! I made the band put her on the spot and play one of her favorite songs to sing. She had a great time for sure!

A most perfect day...annual family hunt for the perfect Christmas tree, and the wonder of a child (my granddaughter) when the lights are turned on a couple of hours later. Warms the heart.
