Default Discounted: 2007 Claxton EM Brazilian /Italian Spruce/Calton Case

Hello,

Discounted: $10,700 shipped and insured with Heritage, CONUS only.

Video Added:

This is an amazing guitar that is for sale. It is in fabulous condition. No issues on back, sides, neck, fretboard or front and back of headstock. Some tiny pick marks around sound hole, mostly on treble side of soundhole. You have to put the guitar at the right angle in the right light to see the marks. Ed recently put on new Gotoh 510’s tuners and a clear transparent pick guard.

This one plays beautifully, as do all of Ed Claxton's masterpieces. The grain on this guitar is unsurpassed straight grained Brazilian rosewood with gorgeous coloring.

Price: $11,100 shipped and insured with Heritage, CONUS only.

New replacement value would be $24,500.

This is an outstanding deal on a Claxton guitar.
I have mine and it's not going anywhere.
For any of you trying to sell a guitar for more, bite the bullet, reduce your price, and buy this now. It will exceed your expectations. Ed's guitars are incomparable.

Another discreet bombshell from Mr. Claxton!!

The best guitar purchase I've ever made was when I rolled the dice and bought my Claxton OM, based on reputation alone.

A life-changing instrument, it continues to drive a tectonic shift in what I hear and how I play.

Every one of my local picking pals, experienced aficionados to a man, wishes he had my guitar.

I correspond regularly with other Claxton owners. We all agree, our Claxtons have given us a real education in what it means to bond with a musical instrument.

Not only would it cost nearly 25K to have the master build this guitar today, there's no guarantee that the cash is all it takes to get one. Ed is still making guitars, but fewer and fewer as time goes by. At this stage in his career, he wishes to spend his time only doing projects he feels are special.

So, fence-straddlers, sit up and heed my words.

(Did I mention the part where I rolled the dice?)

I can't for the life of me figure out why this guitar hasn't sold..... I played it a few months back, its really spectacular !! Ed's guitars are not that easy to find either, if it had a cutaway, it would be in my den....
Happy New Year John, GLWTS !

Happy New Year Dan. I agree, this is a 24k plus guitar and many think I am nuts to sell it, and for this price it’s a bit ridiculous. Will see, I may just end up keeping it.
