Default Ensconced in Blue Velvet

My new 75th Anniversary Tele!

I wanted a Thin Line but this one was at the local Sam Ash and came home with me.

I may have misunderstood the topic...sounded like you were getting ready to take your neighbor for a joyride. ;D

Incidentally, nice Tele!

Sweet! Congrats on the 75th Anniversary Tele. Is it ash?

BTW, this is the first time in 6,368,200 AGF posts that anyone has ever used the word "Ensconced" here.

Thanks for the well wishes on my new guitar. I'll post more pics when I get some time.

I'm going to change the pick guard so I can save the 75 anniversary stickered one. I guess it's easy.

YES, it's an ash body. For some reason I only wanted an ash Tele. And thanks Dru for the recognition on my use of ensconced.

Congrats on the Tele!

The coolest thing about Teles is that one can buy, sell, trade over and over, but in the end when the dust settles, it is still a Tele. So best to hang on to the one you have. They are all good, with some (such as yours) more special than others.

Oh, and here is a song about that blue velvet you have there:

Tony

The only thing with this guitar is for the price, I could have bought Mexican made 75th anni Tele and Strat! And had some $$$ left over.

Now, if I want the matching Strat, it's another 2k.
