Chris, that is absolutely beautiful! Love the back on that!
Love the idea of the "nuts and bolts" line!

Absolutely beautiful, Chris! Just curious though, why the sound samples are gone from your web site? Or maybe it's still a work in progress??

Beautiful guitar Chris. It hangs together nicely and the detail touches are just great.

Quote:
Since I had to redo my website from the ground up, I took some time to reevaluate the elements presented there. I liked most of what I had up, but upon reviewing my videos and audio clips, I found that I was not happy with the sound. They simply did not represent the true sound of my guitars- and actually they were doing my guitars a great disfavor. I am not an audio engineer. I have never claimed to be one. Here are two things that drive my choices in life and in business: honesty and integrity. I do not "edit" my photos- as in I do not remove, alter, or change the guitars in any way. I have the same approach to audio/video. Sure, I could EQ the clips later, add some reverb, etc. to try to make them sound like what I hear. But then I am adding in too much of my own subjective opinion of how I perceive their sound. So rather than editing them in a way that I don't feel right about, or allowing clips to exist that do my guitars a disfavor in how they represent their tone, I removed them from the website. It was a hard decision, but one that I feel is best. I don't want people to watch videos or listen to audio clips of my guitars and think "wow, those look a lot better than they sound". So until I find a more accurate, honest way to record audio that is true to each guitar, there won't be any clips on my website.
