Opinion on Yamaha RY9 rythm box?

Seems like a cool product, anybody ever used it with an acoustic guitar? How does it compare to Boss' DR-670?

After looking at electronic drum machines I purchased the Boss DR 670 this week. You might also look at the old Alesis SR 16 much less expensive but much less features and option. For a little more $ the DR 670 is better. I like the bass section on the DR 670, which is laid out like a 4 sting bass fretboard.
