I've received several myself. Seems that several builders I follow offer them on their store sites under accessories---fairly inexpensive..
I've made coasters and an outdoor chime from them.

I had no luck doing some medical research and the first year I was searching a straw pile for the needle and had little luck finding relevant information. After a while I started to get the hang of it, either Google was getting better or I was picking better words that got me where I want to go. Can not be that bad a request for where to get the discs, had me check out the thread. I do not read too many "what guitar should I get" ones.
