Prepare to sleep less. He’s been a joy, but requires a lot of walking. We are working on house training, but my end of the bargain is that I gotta keep him ona schedule that respects his puppy-sized bladder.

Man, that book you got is a real winner. We have a border collie handbook that offers a similar schedule, but the monks give great training advice.

Pics will follow in the next few days. If I can get him to sit still when he ain’t sleeping.

He’s really happy. His first night, even, was pretty easy—I had anticipated his being frightened first time away from littermates and mom. But he’s bonded with Yvonne and me quickly.
