Can't get rid of that MOPAR heritage.
My son might have the correct understanding - they're only human, and who needs suspension when humans have knees?
My brain says auto making is 100+ years old. 13% of of a product over a two year period with springs installed incorrectly is pure idiocy. Especially so from experience in manufacturing, QC, plus past suffered with some of the craptactular stuff they have made over time.
