I bought my R. Taylor from a guy that had another R. Taylor that had holes eerily similar to this one, but the holes were caused by a golf club. At the other end of the golf club was a wife or girlfriend that had been cheated on (he claimed he bought it off the original owner, and I believe him). He decided he was going to fix the holy one, and that is how I ended up with mine.

Find me another guitar that makes it easier to fish out a pick that gets dropped in the sound hole. You can't.

I recently came across this beauty on craigslist. At least it's priced appropriately
https://providence.craigslist.org/ms...224262182.html came across this beat 1941 Martin 000-21 top..got it from a luthier who was closing shop back 40 years ago...been refinished, holes for controls, sanded, filled with wood putty, and pieces cut out ...no violation has been withheld on this ol gal...kept it for decades as display and brace pattern...time to find it a new home...
