Default "I've Grown Accustomed to Your Face" in Hawaiian

"Ua Noho Au A Kupa" translates roughly as above although the lyrics in the Hawaiian song are more a persuasion than a lament. I fell for the melody listening to Mike Kaawa sing it, then found that it has been done as vocal and instrumental by a wide range of Hawaiian artists, so I stole liberally.

Not the best performance or recording but I was determined to get at least one clip done before Ledward arrived for his fall tour and I almost made it. He came in last night and I finished up today.

I nearly always shoot 4K for 720 or 1080 delivery, so I can pan and zoom to try to add a bit of visual interest. And I nearly always shoot multiple camera angles both for interest and to hide cuts if I have to kill some clams. In this case I'm posting 4K so no pans and zooms and I only shot one camera so the clams remain ...

Thanks Roland, glad you enjoyed it. I was pleasantly surprised with those little DPA 4061 omnis but I think most of the magic is in that Wingert guitar.
