Default Looking for soft simple one panel strap

I’m looking for a soft simple one panel premium leather guitar strap. I’ve looked through Amazon and local stores and can’t seem to find them. I’m pretty small so it needs to be on the shorter side in length. Any ideas who might sell them? Thank you

I'll watch your responses. I've thought many times about getting a few straps made to that type of specification. I dislike the "adjustable" straps as the majority of them end up having the adjustment too close to my shoulder. UGH!.

I'd go for something like 7 or 8 oz. vegetable tanned natural leather about 2" wide, tapering slightly for the last 6 inches, specifying the length between the strap end holes.

I'd probably opt to have the strap a couple of inches longer than what I normally use and have a couple of extra holes punched in line.

I use Dunlop Strap-loks on my straps that are more or less permanently installed and then almost never take them off my guitars.

I know I can get a leather shop to do this, but I'd also like it to be reasonably priced!

The Sully's straps are specified at 12 oz. for the leather (3/16" thick) which would be much thicker than what I'd want. I'm also really cheap...

Some of the Lakota mandolin straps are unbraided, and up to 48" long - maybe one would work?

Something like this might work - soft garment leather, make it as long or short as you want without the need to drill holes or trim to size:

Lakota Leather straps are simple, supple and well made. They have the rough natural underside so the don’t slide around. I highly recommend.
Best,

They’re very well made but are definitely thick and on the stiff side when new.

I thought Steve DeRosa's suggestion might be an answer, but that strap is listed with a "Easy-Slide Polypropylene Backing", which seems opposite of what I would want personally.

I have just such a strap, Long Hollow Leather 3" Soft Leather Guitar Strap Brown. I got it from Shorline, who may well be out of business - not sure. I remember paying around $35.

Long Hollow Leather still comes up as a brand doing a Google search, but all of the straps seem to have the skinnier adjustable end.

I use Perri's guitar straps. I buy them in person at Guitar Center though because some of them are super soft as opposed to being just soft. I like the super soft ones.

If the OP is looking for a 1 piece strap, it may require someone punching a new hole at the bottom of the strap. I like the 2 piece straps that allow for adjustment to fit. Perri Straps make several styles that are very soft and are inexpensive. I have 3 if them that came from Amazon.
