So you want to go from the Northwood to a Martin. This is my OOOO-28 custom with a Venetian cutaway. I will sell for $2395 + shipping. It had a crack on the lower bout that was cleated and is solid. I had the guitar set up a few months ago. No fret wear and it’s very loud. The Swiss spruce top is beautiful. Pm me if you’re interested.
