My fretboard is pretty grungy. I'm thinking of masking everything off and using my portable sandblaster to clean it. Should I remove the frets or just leave them in place?

I really like these headstock tuners I see but I'm cheap; would it be a problem to c-clamp a tuning fork to my headstock?

"Did you guys know that some people on the internet say that Gibson has a lot of quality control issues, so that it must be true?"

If a Taylor fell in a forest, would it sound as good as a Martin?

This is fun.

I play mostly fingerstyle. Which would you recommend, a Taylor 814ce, a Taylor 814e, or a Taylor 814c? I have no chance of playing before buying.

I’m giving away all my guitars for free. Who wants them.

Some hilarious 'questions' posted, although the vast majority are not imaginary at all, but somewhat common.

I think the old saying 'there are no stupid questions' could be modified. There certainly are many nonsensical or lazy questions that get asked in online fora that few would ever have the courage to ask in real life.

I use Elixir strings on my $20,000 guitar because they last longer.
