I can't wait to see the neck joined to the body, with that matching rosette and headstock

The first shoot of lacquer in on the guitar, and the heel is inspired by the work of Michihiro Matsuda and Keisuke Fuji

Last coats of varnish are done, one week of dry and I'll attack the final steps! Neck finish Inspired by the Gibson Oxblood color, like an old relic neck!

I'll begin a new one, I made the design of my new bracing and I just need to chose top and Back & sides: Sinker Red Cedar & Indian RW

Ben, that guitar sounds right up my alley...bright without being thin or tinny, and a really nice strummer. Great job all around!!

Thank you Mike! In fact, I really need to let a great picking player play it, My guitars are made in that way so... but I am not good enough to play like this, I am an electric-guitarist before all of that

Hey Benjamin,
Congratulations on your first "after school" guitar build. This instrument looks great and sounds very good strummed. Must admit though, I'd love to hear it fingerpicked.
I also really enjoyed the thread of this build and look forward to seeing a lot more of your work.
Thanks for sharing,
