This tab is awesome.

Can I ask if one would normally, when there are two or more notes at the same place, play them by individually plucking the strings (at the same time) or by strumming the strings? (for instance, the 2nd beat of the 23rd bar)

Seems to me that it would be very hard to hit the precisely necessary strings if strumming.
