That's a beaut of a guitar!

I recall playing a Batson once and chiefly remember its volume - whether it was because the soundport was facing my ear, or because the guitar was really that loud, it was indeed very loud. A more fundamental tone, not as many overtones as I would have liked, but it was certainly an unique tone that would stand out. Perfect workmanship and fit and finish.

Thanks, Airguitarro! It's extremely loud. I was wondering how well it would project too but after playing it in a couple situations with other guitars i've found it really cuts through. I'm absolutely loving it. And the fit and finish is certainly exceptional.

Hi Gang,

I ordered a second Batson brothers made of all North American Tonewoods. Thus, I need to sell this one to fund it.

It's now for sale in the classifieds..

It's a tremendous guitar that will be missed. A build thread will coming shortly of the guitar in the works...

Kindly,
Danny
