Default Gibson truss rod replacement question

Can anyone tell me what the ball park cost would be to replace the truss rod on a 2008 Gibson 1968 Les Paul Custom?

I have left messages and emailed Gibson as well as leaving a message for a private repair person for this information and NO ONE WILL ANSWER.

Frustrating to say the least.\\

I am not asking for to the dollar, but want a range of high to low for the replacement. The rod does not turn one way but only a quarter and the other way, turns a lot and too easily and the neck does not change, like it is broken in the neck somewhere, so I assume it has to be replaced. That would be the high end of cost. It may involve removing the fret board and that makes it costly, I imagine, but don't know.

Any help?

Thanks

That might be a warranty issue.

Default Not a warranty issue

I am the second owner. No warranty. Can anyone tell me what it should cost to replace the truss rod?

Thanks
