Default Stew Mac "Mini Fender" Kits ... any info?

I noticed in the last post I got from Stew-Mac that they've got some kits on sale for "Mini" (16.3" scale) Fender-style "S" and "T" kits.

Does anybody have any experience with them? Are there noticeable differences in the pickups they use?

and a bunch of guitars and mandolins I've made ... OM, OO, acoustic bass, cittern, octave mandolin, mandola, etc. ... some of which I've kept.

they are new. Probably a fun project, but I doubt they are extremely high quality. It's up to you to make it great!

I wonder if you could use that for an electric ukulele?
