Default Shenandoah

Shenandoah is a old traditional American.
Here is an arrangement of Doug Young, a guitarist that I particularly appreciate

Hope you like it

Thank you Fred, I am very touched by this compliment. I could have worked a little more to memorize it but sometimes I'm pretty lazy. Very nice arrangement of Doug for whom I have a lot of admiration.

Beautifully done and sounded amazing. I have always loved this song and am currently working on it. Nice to put the song to the tab.
Thank you,

Nicely done Rémy! I think Doug's arrangement of this tune is the sweetest ever.

That hit the spot Remy, great job.

Doug's DADGAD arrangements are some of the best out there.

A few years ago (2007) on another forum, now defunct, a bunch of us did our versions of this
arrangement of Doug's for the fun of it. I still have mine somewhere on my hard drive.

I actually just found it. Maybe sometime I'll post it as a "Throw Back Thursday" thread,

Hi Rémy!

That was very nice! Doug Young is such a classy guitar player, it is just like him to come up with such a terrific arrangement! This song has been on my list for quite a while. I really need to find time to learn it!

It was lovely to hear your performance of this Rémy!

Well done!

- Glenn
