McPherson Touring Case

Hey all! Just picked up a used McPherson touring and unfortunately did not come with a case. I see on the website they have a hard shell and a Reunion Blues case. Any recommendations to one or the other?

Shameless ask - anyone have either for sale?

I actually like the old pre-Reunion-Blues soft case that they used to ship with. I think it's made by TKL. It's significantly more compact than the Reunion Blues case in both length and thickness. Since one of the main reasons you might want a McPherson Touring is the small size, it's nice when the case doesn't add a lot of bulk.

I haven't seen the hard case so I can't comment on that.

The reunion blues case is very nice and it’s light. Probably one of the nicest and stiffer soft case you can get. If you want better protection you can order the hard case but it will be heavier.

You could also order a case for a 3/4 size guitar from other manufacturers.
