Default 9 days on a UPS truck--should I be worried?

The Cubs are doing well, so I guess expecting suburban Chicagolanders to function in other spheres is asking too much.

Any word on your Martin?
UPS opened an investigation on my Taylor. Still in limbo over here.

How did it turn out? Mine was ordered on the 11th, arrived in Hodgkins on the 16th, and no real news yet.

I ship many many thousands of $$$ of expensive gear weekly. One thing I have learned over the years you never ever for any reason ship anything important with UPS and especially with USPS.

If your gear is not on time and in the location it should be you need to light fires with that carrier asap. It makes a big difference. If you do nothing and your package is in a pattern for a week its likely its in 40 pcs or some twit flagged it on the line and took it out of the pattern.

Above all else use FEDEX.

It was there I think 3 days and then moved on. I had a guitar pass through Hodgkins yesterday and luckily moved out 12 hours later.
