LOL RP, I have noticed that before but never really gave it much thought. They don't live in mosquito territory.

I tend to notice this on a number of shows, but last night I was watching Ray Donovan, and it struck me because at this particular time in the plot there were a number of factions that were chasing the person in-question (Jon Voight's character Mickey Donovan) who left the door open...

Anybody ever watch NCIS?

Gibbs never locks the doors...everybody just opens the door and comes in...

He'll be in the basement working on his boat, and someone will just walk down the basement stairs...

Good guys, bad guys with blazing guns, everybody just walks right in...

We watched a couple episodes of The Rifleman yesterday. Mark left the door open and my husband said to me....."they must not have had bugs back then."

I don't give it much thought until I see it on the screen. Just finished watching a low-rent LA gang-oriented movie. A late teen girl had recently been assaulted by a newly released gang member. The next day she says she's terrified but taking a shower with the front door of the house and the front "cage door" wide open.

I'm one of those viewers who watches a movie and notices glitches. There are many who are much more OCD than I am about this. Watching the famous chase scene in Bullitt with Steve McQueen, I'm noticing how many times a certain VW Beetle shows up and the number of hubcaps shed by the Dodge Charger. What can I say? I gotta be me...

During the chase sequence, the same green Volkswagen Beetle is seen at least 4 different times in 4 different locations in a period of not more than 1 minute.

During the chase, the Dodge Charger loses more than four wheel covers.

On the HGTV Very Brady Renovation show they revealed that the sliding glass doors on the back of the Brady home did not have glass in them due to the glare of the studio lights.

Apparently my children live on the set of these shows. All the lights are on, too.

I spend about half my life at home telling tiny, stubborn versions of myself to close doors and turn off lights.

I get that to save program time almost no one knocks or rings the doorbell, but it still bugs me...

How about tires squealing on a dirt road?

People holding a gun on someone then jacking back the slide/pump or cocking a semi-auto?

And movie/TV fights?!? Don't get me started...

Everyone gets a parking spot right out front of any and every building they're visiting.
