Re-frets, Resets, and Re-glues
Bear with me, as I've just been put in charge of posting our luthier's work on this forum and I'm still not entirely sure how it works.
Here are some of the latest repairs we've had brought into our shop. Each point corresponds to the photos below, in order. 1. More Re-frets/Neck Resets/Bridge Re-Glues/Brave Repair 2. 90’s Martin HD-18 Lots of Humidification Issues 3. 1970’s Guild F-30 Neck Reset and New Frets 4. Remember to humidify during the heating season, this guitar has gotten so dried out that the sound hole mounted pickup has caused the soundboard to crack in a very crucial place. 5. Heavily worn frets on this well played Martin 6. If your frets look like this, you need new ones... 7. If they have “No crown” - you’re not playing “in-tune” 8. If your bridge is rotating like this, something bad will eventually happen- any longer and this soundboard will fail... not good and very expensive to correct! |

If your goal is to promote, maybe do some before and after photos, not distance photos but up close photos.
The difference between average work and great work typically is not visible at a distance of 3feet. Steve
