Got quite a Neil Young vibe going there! Good songwriting.

Don't know if it's just the way the songs are being served on the web, or if it's in your final mixes, but several of them produced a high-pitched whining noise in my speakers that was quite evident and annoying--hope that's not in your final mixes!

Thanks for listening! I'm not hearing that at my end but would be curious as to which songs are doing this on your end because maybe I need to take a closer listen to those.

Thanks so much, Gil

It started about 30 seconds into the thrd song--"My LIttle Girl" and was also there in the last one "Country Grass." Didn't go back and listen to all of the others again, but I noriced it in a few the first time through...

You picked the two I thught you would. I used a different mic (Audiotechnica PRO 3H) on those two only and the results were less than satisfactory. I tried hard to reduce the noise but it seems as though I did not succeed. It's not that bad for me through my headphones but if it is annoying I may just have to re-record those songs.

Thanks for the feedback. I thought they were sounding OK but apparently not. That rendition of My Little Girl was such a good take I didn't want to abandon it.

I'm going to check out your page but I'd like to say go ahead and just do your own music, do it well, have fun with it, be genuine. You underestimate your audience and their willingness to to accept original material. I've been lucky enough to do only a couple of covers in my sets for years. So I am a fan of doing what you love. If your love is doing your songs, share that love.

You might be making "30 bucks and a muffin" (Great song by Kevin Dooley) for a couple of years but you can build on that.

Someone said, do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life. I'm having a great time for an old guy in a young business.
