I think breathing through your mouth is probably the most practical solution .
Trying to use a sound reduction plugin IMO always removes some the guitar frequencies just no way around it ..... If I were going to use a plugin ,, IMO the only way a plugin is usable is when automated to only kick in on the offending sound For example on plosives in a vocal,,, I stopped using de-esser plugin on the entire track and now use a single band EQ cut, automated for just the widest part of the waveform on the plosive itself .............

There are various types of mike breath shields you can buy. Maybe I missed it but in general I have not noticed any significant breathing noises on your recordings.
