I'm sure it sounds great, but.....
Maybe the kids will dig it.. |

Yup I first saw a pic of it on The Gear Page, which led to a mention of the Zoot Suit Les Paul and SG...

When they blow 'em out at half off retail and if I found one with a nice neck I'd hit that.

Appears to be a J-45, not an AJ. They seem to have several options in butt ugly finishes.

Comes with a can of paint stripper for when the buyer sobers up. Wow, that’s really something.

Yeah, but that is the WRONG color of green. Move the price's decimal point over two notches to the left, and I would go for it.
At least the player will stand out in a crowd, for better or worse. Beyond that I cannot comment further. (Remember how mom said, "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all"?) |

Yeah, it does look more like a J-45..

The best humour. I dunno, it looks like it’s meant for the stage and the 45 is good for the singer songwriter. Lucinda Williams looks good with a 45 and a sharp colour might crank it up a notch.

Wow. The denim model is OK, but the puke green is terrible. The pink hummingbird goes in the same category. What is Gibson thinking?

It's not for me, but god forbid we should all like the same things...
BTW, it also comes in olive green. |

That's definitely a J-45. I guess I mis-read the title on the Gibson site.
I think Gibson is saying: A J-45 With A New And Bold Color. |
