I've been enjoying this very much. Here's a Christmas tune that is pretty much like all my other tunes.

Cool! What do you have? I love the sound of good, old guitars.

Enjoying this thread.

Thanks so much. I've found that the lyrical sentiment expressed is pretty universal.

Default Close to You

Thanks Dan, I am still experimenting with my recording technique, but gradually getting closer to how I want it to sound. Thanks again.

Great thread with 'substance'.

Here is my arrangement of a Welsh lullaby 'Mil Harddach Wyt' that sandwiches a loose interpretation of a Gaelic tune 'Black Mary', played with 5-string capo on 2nd fret giving a quasi Drop E tuning.

Sorry - no Video!

Wonderful. Your jazz style is well-suited to the responsiveness of these guitars I am sure. I am not nearly as precise as you, but really love how fast these guitars are.

Here's another one on the Simon Fay Model One:

...and one on the Anders Sterner classical guitars:

I must say this whole thread is pretty much like...

THE BEST OPEN MIC IN THE ENTIRE PLANET!!

Seriously, it's great to hear all you people playing, and what a wealth and breadth of outstanding talent you all truly are. Gonna throw my tuppence-worth in with my most recent instrumental entitled "I Met The Sweetest Girl"... hope you enjoy it, all comments welcome!

While I'm mainly a singer who plays guitar, this song I video'd by request as one of the guys on the UMGF was trying to put together tab for it shows a bit of what I usually attempt to do on guitar - playing chords with some lead and/or fill notes interspaced. Ignore the excess talking...
