Default Cheers on a Friday

I really like these videos, they're great anticipation builders. A couple of the guitars in today's seemed to clash a bit, the color of the CF against the veneer.

Maybe I'm the only one that thinks so. As long as it suits the person who bought it, I guess.

Anyhow, two and a half weeks of waiting done . . .

Use the $100 credit from Emerald to pay for a guitar that you've built on the Build-a-Guitar and pick it up at the factory. Tell the CFO that you not only saved $100 but also the shipping charge...

You know I was about 2 weeks early to save that hundo. My X20 is paid in full but, by not buying another Emerald, aren't we losing $100? And, like you said, schlepp the thing home and save anohter $200.

We basically cannot afford not to buy an X7 whilst in Ireland.

Yes, some of the colour combinations do seem a little odd, don't they - particularly under the lights. In real life, they're probably rather more subdued.

I do have to say that purple is really growing on me...

Well, I'm not actually from Minnesota, but having lived here for 28 years, just a few miles from Paisley Park, there might just be something subliminal going on

The 3D Guitar Builder is an amazing piece of software, but it produces a computerized representation and doesn't substitute for what the actual guitar will look like...

I agree. And while I've always liked purple- not so much on guitars. That Solace changed my mind. What a gorgeous instrument.

Purple may not be everybody's mug of stout, but it's hard to believe that given Emerald's vast options, there's not something to suit most everyone's tastes...
