Taylor W14c Sheffield, UK SOLD
For sale is my 2000 Taylor W14C. Walnut and red western cedar cutaway grand auditorium.
It developed a crack on soundboard that I had repaired by the Taylor people in Amsterdam in 2018. The crack is invisible to see. Came back having had a fret dress, strap pin installed and neck reset (easy to do on a Taylor). Since then I haven’t really played it and it’s stayed in a humidified case. That said it really does play well as you’d expect from a Taylor. No significant marks, clean and straight neck. This is an 800 series spec guitar that would normally cost around 4 grand. It’s from the era before they ruined the aesthetic by putting the ES pickup on every one of their guitars. This has never had a pick up installed.
