The best... I have them all on vinyl. Some of them go so far out that the really don't even sound like the original Christmas songs by the end, but that's why I like them!

Yes, there's some variety in Fahey's approach on these records. Some are melodically clear and concise, and some are more at "Fantasias on ...." -- I like both approaches.
