Lovely guitar, just perfect. I really dig the tone, the bass has a depth and openness to it. Very, very nice.
I recently purchased a Taylor 224ce Koa and had the same thought - maybe not the best at any one thing (except playability) but very versatile.

That's a nice one. I have never owned a Cedar guitar, but I'm a fan of Cocobolo and think it would pair very well with Cedar. I have owned, and sold, many Taylors but I'm thinking about trying again with a Cedar top.
