Had 10 of these made 10 years a go. It was my go to guitar when I played in the worship band. All hog is just a sweet thing.

I purchased my first all hog in December from a wonderful forum member. I got a Santa Crux 1929 RS 12 fret slope shoulder dreadnaught. Although it's a very large guitar, the sound is just incredible. I'm primarily a fingerpicker but boy, when playing with a pick this guitar is a sonic canon. I'm very happy with the all hog option.

Cheers,
Mark

Another great thing about all hog guitars: They are just about the best value going in guitars. A good OM-15 can go up against just about any guitar alive, if you prefer the all hog sound.

I do love the sound the sound of all Hog guitars but don't own one yet..
However just wondering many people here also like the tone of all hog , why are they not more widely used.
You don't see to many bands , artists or singer song writers using them...!!

I think you will start to see more. Even a few years ago, they were pretty sparse amongst brands. In the last few years, I've noticed more companies bringing out all mahogany guitars. Taylor just brought their 52x series out last year, and before that it was only avail in either a ltd edition or the build to order program.

Just came up from playing my Collings 01 mahogany top. I really enjoy it. I played about every instrument in the shop and couldn't find anything I liked as well.
