Thank you Tom, and everyone else. Patience has really been a virtue here, but I had a pretty good idea of what Dale was up against, so I worked really hard to be a good customer. I’ve been on his side of the equation many times!

With luck, Dale will be in my area over the holiday, and with luck, we’ll exchange gifts on Christmas Eve.

Cue the music, the snowfall, and the credits!
