Wedding Ceremony Repertoire
Any recommendations for wedding ceremony pieces?
I know every bride wants something personal to them, but apart from that, what pieces do you like to play? Cheers Dave P.S. Here are vids of a couple I like to play https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5iBD6zhQqJU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gyPmIiby3Ug

Several people have said they like my arrangement of Puccini's "O Mio Babbino Caro" for weddings. It's not hard, and fits the mood well. Free at:

I play at a few weddings a year (I used to do more)
The standards are always safe, but I throw a few unique ones in the mix as well. The safe ones: Canon in D Here comes the sun Ave Maria Here Comes the Bride Wedding March Air on G

Good recommendations so far. The following have also worked well for me. I always ask the Bride and Groom to-be to name some songs and they usually come up with one. I need a good month in advance though, to get it down solo fingerstyle. Also there might be a singer in the family or known by the Bride/Groom that you can work with. I did "Say You Won't Let Go" with a singer and it worked out very well.
Ode To Joy Hallelujah Romanza (Spanish Romance) The Rose Perfect Stand By Me Annie's Song Red Is The Rose Wild Irish Thyme Greensleeves What A Wonderful World
