I owned one of the early T5's, and the "acoustic" setting was number 1; it combined the body sensors with the "buried" humbucker in the neck. This setting was the one touted to give the most acoustic sound to the T5.

If they haven't done away with those body sensors, that's the one to use for a more acoustic sound, similar to Taylor's older ES pickup system.
