Talking 花 (Flower-Hana) - Misaaki Kishibe

I've only heard of this guy for about 2 weeks....can't believe I haven't heard of him LOL.

This was a difficult song for me because my small hands have a very hard time stretching from 2-5, and it is pretty prominent in this song...even a 2-6 stretch. I did manage to hit it, and I'm actually happy to say that it is now much more comfortable than it was before I was working on the song!!

So that's a great thing, I don't have to be scared of songs now that have those stretches.

But I decided to give it a shot, and I hope it's enjoyable!! I'm pretty excited about being able to do this one.

What a nice piece!

I'm working on it now.

Looks like capoing higher could help with the stretches as well.
(Though I'm doing ok with capo at 2)

Nicely done Joe,
I got turned onto Misaaki Kishibe 3 or 4 years ago by Scott Allynn on the APM forum, he's a great guitarist and writer, his music is beautiful in its simplicity, no need for flash, the melody speaks for itself.

Great job on this one!

Thanks alot!

He's one great guitarist. I'm working on A Bikini and Sunglasses now, posted Rainy Window a couple days ago, it's somewhere on here LOL.

Of course when I get into A Bikini and Sunglasses I have to slice my finger during a slide...grrr....was really starting to groove along with that one!
