Keep in mind that there's a relatively small market for Emerald guitars internationally, and I think it's safe to say that X20s are the "gateway drug" into Emerald guitars. Once someone buys an X20, that person is more likely to purchase a different model as their second Emerald so to me it makes sense that sales of X20s will fluctuate relative to other models. I'd think a good question to ask is of the non-X20s sold, how many of those buyers already own an X20?

Lovely looking guitar. My X20 made this week's as well. I'm at 30 minutes in.

I love how the colors on both mine and the one preceding mine confused Alistair. Pretty clear he wasn't expecting more fireburst colorings on the non special editions.

My tracking notification came from UPS ([email protected]), about 2 days after I made the final payment. The guitar arrived 7 days after I got the tracking info. I opted for the expedited delivery. If you didn't the process may be different.

I had the same experience as Kevin above auto notification that it would be shipping from emerald tracking number from UPS.

Thanks. I opted for regular delivery, and reached out to Emerald and just heard back from them. They sent me a tracking number for AnPost/USPS, and said I should have also received an email from AnPost, but I dug through my inbox and spam folders and do not have anything from them.

So: Regular shipping is apparently with AnPost (and then USPS once it's in the US), and you may need to reach out to Emerald to get a tracking number.

Curious if you have had any updates on timing. Mine arrived in Seattle on Thursday with the expedited shipping.

So far I'm very pleased with it may need to tweak the setup just slightly.
