Well, the Rangers live to see another day. No Sid, a dumb retaliation penalty by Rodriguez, but I have to say, the Rangers were lucky, because I felt the Pens were dominant throughout especially up the middle. Can't wait for Sunday.

Hey Larry, Hoping that Crosby will be back for game 7 but even if he is he won't be near 100% otherwise he would have played last night.

Florida finally won a playoff series! Every team (except Seattle) had won at least 2 series since the Panthers won their last one.

Game 7s today!

NHL Game 7 Weekend. Saw a lot of good games in the first round.
Pulling for the Leafs and Kings today. Calgary tomorrow.

The Kings best chance might have been the loss in game 6 at home.
Now I'm hanging on the the phrase "anything can happen in a game 7."
My wife can't bear to watch the Leafs. She'll just ask what the score is. History runs too deep.
Got family friends in Calgary. Thinking of them tomorrow.

Best of luck to all your teams.

Hey, how you doing AE? What's the mood like in Boston about sports? Terrible about the Red Sox, good about the Bruins and great about the Celtics I assume.

I think teams that don't close out at home in game 6 have a good chance of getting blown out in game 7... I'm seeing the Oilers and Rangers both winning BIG.

I'd love to see the Leafs win but man it's hard to pick them given their recent history. Gonna do it anyway.

Calgary winning big also. Bruins squeak one out.

Take my predictions for what they're worth. You may recall I picked Grubauer to win the Vezina

It must suck being an Avalanche because they haven't played hockey in a while . Five game 7s, two game 6s clinchers, and a single sweep.

The Rodriguez penalty undoubtedly got him torn a new one. What a dumb move. Under the circumstances he deserves a new one.

What a first round! Great stories all over. Love it.

Yes. A battle royale. Edge of the seat all the way. Hats off to the 'Canes.

Oh well, the Bruins are out. I like their team and am sorry to see them go. The 'Canes are very well coached and made for the long run. Just a good all-around team. If goaltending holds up they will be tough to beat.

Not sure if it would have made a difference since the Bruins couldn't win in Carolina but Ullmark shouldn't have started games 1 and 2. I think that if he had given up 4 goals in his last regular season start rather than getting a shutout Swayman would have been in.

What about the Leafs? They can't win a game 7. For those of you not in Canada, Leafs will still be front page news until the start of the next season.
