Default Open C tuning

Beyond Fahey's masterpieces , I really like the meditative sound of this 'relatively' not so demanding alternate tuning , but very few tunes...any suggestion ? Thank you

While there are several tunings referred to as 'open C', I do several pieces in open C (C-G-C-G-C-E).

Here's a couple:

The Bells of Tina's Kitchen:

You might explore Al Petteway's beautiful and haunting "Broken Mist" which is in CGCGCD tuning. In recent years I've done a lot of original instrumentals in this tuning and really enjoy it. Here's one: "Simple Overtones"

Also, the tune in my signature right now, "Noodlelicious" is also in this same tuning.
All the best,
Fred

Bruce Cockburn's "Foxglove" is a longtime go to fingerstyle tune in open C.

There's hardly anything in that style in that tuning.

Here's something by Tom Rush that you'll probably be able to appreciate.

Kottke did "Busted Bicycle" in Open C tuned down a further 1 1/2 steps to Open A, 151513.

"Friends" by Zeppelin. Tune the 5th string up to A giving you Open C6 to play Bron-Y-Aur.

Dougie Mac Lean's "Caledonia" is in "C" tuning and capo'd on the 4th fret.
