Default Seagull Concert Hall SG - Mahogany top - anyone know the deal?

So, I have been looking at this guy: Seagull Concert Hall SG. It is clearly a Mahogany topped guitar. It is not listed on Seagulls website (we all know it is notoriously slow). I chatted w/ someone from MF that said it had a Cedar top and Cherry b&s. Whatever. Obviously, no help there.

I have emailed Seagull about the lower bout width of the CH model. Some say 14.87" and other say 15.87". The larger is a deal breaker for me, as GA's are too large for me..

Has anybody played or own a Mahogany topped Seagull Concert Hall guitar?? I want another Hog top and I'm selling my Alvarez to fund one. Any help appreciated.

Hi, for all your Seagulls questions, go to the Acoustic Guitar Cabin, just Google it.
You will find very helpful Seagulls guitar enthusiasts there.

If the seagull concert hall body is the same as simon&patrick (which it most likely is), then it's 15" lower bout.

Yeah, that's what i figured. Seagull's site shows the same dimensions that they show for a dread. I don't understand why a large and respected company cannot get their act together by creating and managing a reliable website.

Most of the online retailers show the same thing. Here's published specs (Sweetwater) for the Entourage Concert Hall:
Scale Length 24.84"
Nut/Saddle Material Tusq
Nut Width 1.72"
Body Length 19.8"
Body Width 11.38" (Upper Bout), 15.87" (Lower Bout)
Body Depth 4.9"

Here is the specs listed for the Concert Hall SWS
Scale Length 25.5"
Bridge Material Rosewood
Nut/Saddle Material Tusq nut
Nut Width 1.8"
Body Length 19.8"
Body Width Lower bout 14.87", Upper 11.38"
Body Depth 4.9"

So are they short scale? Long scale? 4.9" deep, really??? That doesn't sound right. That's way deeper than any OM I have played.

Why even list specs if they are mostly wrong? Poor site management and business by Seagull in this regard.

My simon and patrick concert hall depth is 4". I agree that they should get the specs right on the website. The scale length can change depending on the model. For instance my simon and patrick songsmith concert hall is short scale 24.9". But, my showcase concert hall is normal scale 25.5".
