Default Journey OF660, Saddle too low or fret too high help, please.

Well, I thought I would lower the saddle a bit on my new OF660 just a tad. Sanded a bit off ,nice and flat, re installed and loved the height, action and tone. Then I just tried with a capo on the 1st and second fret and get a terrible buzz on the G string. So I put the tall saddle on that came with it and no more buzz. So then I went back to the short saddle and the buzz was back when using a capo. So... then I backed off the neck tightening nut a 1/4 turn and retuned and buzz is gone. So, did I lower the action too much? I have it at .090 low E and .070 high E , which is great on my Legacy, even with capo.

Answered my own question.thought maybe had a slightly high fret. Not the case .Neck relief measured and is ok. Made a new bone saddle, all ok now. Only took a tiny bit off the original saddle to get a buzz with capo. Lesson learned.
