Hi

Just bought his latest cd "Rattle that lock" - as expected, wonderful guitar playing, such a distinct and instantly recognisable tone.

You can enjoy it live as well on the "Live at Pompeii" BluRay/CD.

The Endless River is his latest but he uses the Pink Floyd name on that album. It’s mostly stuff from the Division Bell sessions, and it’s all instrumental other than the last song. Great guitar playing, but hard to call it a Pink Floyd album.

He is one of my guitar playing influences for sure. Top 3 of guitar Gods in my book.

"The Endless River" involved Gilmour, Mason, and Wright (posthumously). It's definitely a PF album, as much as the two albums from the 1990s and arguably more than "The Final Cut." This final album served as a tribute to Wright.

Me too. It was Syd Barretts solo releases that got me to pick up the acoustic guitar in the first place and Gilmore who got me into the electric. He's on my top 10 list for sure.
