For anyone near a Sam Ash on Saturday, received this by email:
C.F. Martin Restring Day Bring in your 6 string acoustic guitar to any Sam Ash store Saturday, November 16th & have it re-strung with a new set of Martin Authentic Acoustic Lifespan 2.0 strings. One guitar per customer 6 string/steel string acoustic guitars only A reasonable cleanup will be performed to the instrument If instrument requires set up work, a charge may be incurred Saturday, November 16th | 11:00AM - 6:00PM AT ALL SAM ASH STORES!

Great way to get folks in the store and to try out Martin strings but I wouldn't chance it with my best guitars. I like changing my own strings but for folks who don't, this is a great option to take advantage of.

I used to go to the Sam Ash in White Plains NY, always enjoyed the visit.
Can't go anymore, now I'm out on the west coast and there are no Sam Ash store's around. That is a very cool promotion.
