Default Amazing Grace on Kinnaird CS Guitar

I'm a bit new to this forum. Thought I would post a song from my latest Celtic fiddle/guitar instrumental CD recorded on a beautiful Kinnaird CS guitar. Nevertheless, this tune tends to be more bluegrass in feel than Celtic!

Hi Christie!

Thanks for posting! What a lovely rendition of Amazing Grace! Very nice playing and very nice arrangement! Your arrangement sounds plenty "Celtic" to me, at least the first verse, and I like the violin in there, too! The bluegrass verse with the mandolin added also sounds very nice.

Excellent job all around, Christie!

I wouldn’t have guessed that I would ever hear this song in a way that hadn’t been done a hundred times before...but, here it is. And it’s wonderful! I especially enjoyed the bluegrass verse, so much fun

What a wonderful rendition of a great old hymn. Love the mellow tone of that guitar.

The Sower Helps to have a good fiddle and mandolin player to add that extra spice.

Dustinfurlow Coming from someone as good as you are that is truly an honor. I wish I could take lessons from you. I could learn a lot! Trying to learn a little more of the percussive style that you articulate so well and effortlessly. Love your style!
