Just bought an amp designed for acoustics....WOW!
Just bought a Fender Acoustic sonic 15 and it sounds awesome!Took some time to figure out the correct settings in conjunction with the eq on the guitar but I finally got it dialed in.Previously I plugged it into my Fender Mustang 1 which is designed for electrics and the difference is pronounced. Much impressed and happy with the souhd!

Good deal. Back in the 90's I was plugging into an acoustic effects box and then into a PA system. A couple of years ago I had decided to break out the acoustic again and was using an electric guitar amp and when I moved over to my Fishman Loudbox I immediately realized there was a difference. A nice sounding setup really helps with the inspiration to play more.

Plus the built in chorus really helps but has to be set just right.

Glad you realized the need for the amp. Electric and acoustic have very different needs.

I have it dialed in and it really sounds great!I had to boost the bass both on the amp and the eq on the guitar. The treble was also boosted and the mids rolled off.I set the chorus at the 11 oclock position.I just learned that speaker has a "whizzer"cone that boosts the treble frequencies which really helps with treble clarity.I put the amp in the corner about 10 feet away to take advantage of room acoustics. It has 10 foot celings which really helps.
