To mug or not to mug…

Emerald has run out of mugs.

Do I have them ship my new Amicus now, without a mug, or wait ‘a week or so’ for a mug to accompany it?

Decisions, decisions. If this was my first, I’d wait, but I already have two mugs, so I’m inclined to say ‘ship it now’.

Talk about a first-world problem!

What would you do?

Aah, that’s the little detail I omitted. They won’t ship the mugs separately due to risk of damage.

I'd wait for the mug! If you decide to sell the emerald down the road, you can keep the mug as a keepsake of that guitar.

Given the situation, I'd ask for a free guitar rather than a mug--that could be shipped on its own.
