Default **SOLD** - Martin OMC LJ-Pro Maple - 2010 Laurence Juber model

**SOLD***

I'm getting around to doing some house cleaning of a few guitars that aren't getting enough playing time around my house. I don't have any guitars I don't really want to keep, but I need to make some room, and these deserve to be played.

First up is my Maple Martin Laurence Juber model, #7. In great condition, I can't find any issues at all.

Basic specs:
OM, cutaway
Adirondack top
Maple back, sides, neck
1 3/4 nut
25.4 scale
DTar Wavelength pickup (stock) + a DPA 4061 mic
Martin hardshell case

**SOLD***
Listed on Reverb: https://reverb.com/item/15563498-mar...pro-2010-maple with lots of photos. Here's the main shot:

And a little video overview:

Hit me up with any questions!

What a great beautiful guitar. I am currently deciding how to scrape the bucks together for this one. I have dreamed of having a nice maple OM for decades. This one seems to be speaking to me.

Good luck with the sale Doug......

Glad you're interested, let me know if you have any questions. It's a really nice guitar, and I always get compliments on the amplified sound.

Still drooling over this one. What a nice guitar for accurate strumming and flat picking.

it's the same as all Juber models, a "modified V". Here's some more info on the Juber models in general, with a bit of discussion from LJ on the maple:

Did not see the year this was made. Maybe I just missed it or just am too lazy to research the model. Please do tell.

Just saw the year on the Reverb site as 2010. Sorry for the misstep.

Sorry, I had that on the reverb listing, but not here. 2010 was the year, added to the title.

Still very interested in this guitar but have to head out of country. Hope its still around in three weeks. Great guitar for what I do on board cruise ships playing to the rowdies.

Nice guitar! I had all three of the first Jubers produced (BR, IR & Hog) & loved them but found the V of the mod V necks to be too pointy for me. I know Martin started gradually rounding off the mod V necks in the mid 2000's so there were no more pointy ones being built by 2010 when this guitar was built. I wonder if that applies to this model since it was built to Juber's specs?

You may be right about that. I'm a bad one to ask about neck profiles, I play lots of different guitars and adjust pretty easily to different necks. But I revisited this, comparing to my Brazilian Juber, and attempted to measure the profile. It appears to me that the Maple guitar may be slightly more rounded. I don't feel any difference as far as shape - the biggest difference to me is the feel of the Maple vs mahogany neck, but here's what the two profiles look like at the 5th fret.

I have a 2007, one from the Madi rosewood run, and there’s nothing pointy at all in the neck profile. The profile matches the drawings above.
