Pawn shop find today...
On a whim, I went into a small pawn shop today because I was working nearby. Mostly it was a lot of pawn shop garbage instruments, but they had a Squire Classic Vibe 60s strat as well. I was able to snag it for $175. It really looks new. I set it up a bit when I got home and it plays and sounds phenomenal! The only issue is a finicky cable jack that will need replacement. Pics will come soon. It's the sunburst model.

Congrats! If the jack conductors are loose you could possibly bend them to make better contact.

Score! Enjoy! I have wondered if pawn shops still have great finds or if they had Reverb stores to appeal to a broader group of people

Congrats. I think across the board the finish quality on those is very good from what I’ve seen and the sunburst is done right. I had one new which I gave as a gift to my 14year old nephew together with a new Blackstar HT1R. However, unlike the Squier Classic Vibe Telecaster, it requires upgrading on tremolo block and wiring to hit the sweet spot.
