When this first came out, I thought it was a party song. As the years have gone by, I see it more as a lament of someone struggling and caught in the past. Gives a good opportunity for a different take, only slightly tongue-in-cheek.

I appreciate the kind note on my take. Only tough part was emptying all those bottles without wasting anything (or rooting through our recycling . . .)
