Default $5 clip-on tuner from Reverb?

And no shipping? You can never have too many tuners. I took a shot.

It helps to read the description at the link:

"Includes five modes: C, G, B, V, U (chromatic, guitar, bass, violin, ukulele) to cover the gamut of stringed instruments."

I bought one of these a few years back.
Mine barely works. You know how a lot of tuners seem to have a hard time picking up the low E? Well, my Reverb tuner seems to do that on pretty much every string.
Hope you have better luck.
For $5 it's reasonable gamble to take.

Same thing with me, except at the time it was $4. For one thing, it took several seconds to turn on. I thought it was broken so I contacted Reverb and somebody there went ahead and removed the charge so it was free to me.

Still, I didn't like it and I ended up giving it away.

However, for even cheaper I bought a Joyo tuner off AliExpress (I think) and it works just fine.

I've got a couple of those - they used to be $3. They go through batteries pretty fast. Not as quick response as better tuners, but they work.

I got one several years ago. Works OK. Not as good as my Snarks or D'Adderios.

I bought four of these when they were blowing them out for a quarter apiece 3-4 years ago.

I still don't like them - they're not even worth that 25 cents..

I have three Reverb tuners from when they were $3 each and have zero complaints.

I've gotten 5 or 6 of those. Given away a couple. They seem to work fine for me, and I can't complain about battery life. Certainly close enough to keep in the case for open mics or jams, and they've outlasted all but one of my Snark tuners. (The only Snark left is one of the original ones - pretty faded, but still tickin'. 2 others had early deaths so I don't buy them anymore.)

I have 2 of these I bought for $2 about 4 years ago. Still working, not bad battery life. But I like my snarks a little better.
